I specialize in working with eating disorders and I also provide EMDR.

I received my Master’s of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan in 2007.  I have over 13 years of clinical mental health experience in a variety of therapeutic settings including wilderness programs, school based suicide prevention, emergency services, outpatient and residential treatment centers, and private practice.  

My husband, Lee, and I co-own and operate You Counseling and are both licensed clinical social workers. Outside of work, I can be found running around with our two sons or playing Ultimate Frisbee.
