At You Counseling, we work to meet you where you are.  As a married couple and co-owners of our counseling practice, we feel privileged to assist in the process of helping clients work through and overcome challenges.

We believe in resiliency and the ability to change.  Days consumed by relationship issues, ADHD, an eating disorder, depression, anxiety, or other mental health stressors are days you don’t get back.  You don’t have to struggle alone or give up trying. 

We are in-network with the Lyra Health EAP (Employee Assistance Program) and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
